One on One 3 Session Package

ONE-ON-ONE HYPNOSIS 3 SESSION PACKAGE- Over the years have found that 98 percent of people who come in to see me end up wanting more than one session. Once they discover the positive effects of hypnosis, they decide to either delve deeper into their original issue or they find other things stemming from it that they would like to address.
A great example is someone who comes in for insomnia. They often discover that pain, anxiety and fear may also be contributing to their sleep issues and choose to work on those issues as well.

Starting a journey of self-discovery and healing often requires not only guidance but the right tools as well.  Hypnosis is a scientifically proven therapeutic method that provides an avenue for addressing various issues ranging from pain control to overcoming phobias and anxieties.  In this  package, we delve into the transformations that can be achieved across three comprehensive and somewhat structured sessions.

Session 1: Exploring and Preparing

In this session together we look at your needs, goals and concerns.  We establish a relationship of trust so that we can explore the root cause of the issue at hand whether it be chronic pain, severe anxiety or any other myriad of challenges that are affecting your daily life.

The first session includes:

  1. Defining objectives of the hypnosis journey.

2. Education: Dispelling myths and misconceptions surrounding hypnosis so that you understand the process of     hypnosis.

3. Introducing relaxation techniques that will put you into a receptive state of mind.

4. Hypnotic induction:  this is where I guide you into a state of heightened suggestibility that allows significant changes to happen in the subconscious mind.

Session 2: Intervention and Transformation

Building on everything learned in the first session, we shift toward targeting your specific needs. Whether it is chronic pain, insomnia, bad habits or any other myriad of issues hypnosis offers a versatile toolkit for transformation.

Key Elements of the second session include:

1. Personalized suggestions: crafting customized sessions to address your unique challenges and goals.

2. Visualizations: Capturing the power of imagery to create positive change and reinforce desired behaviors.

3. Thought Restructuring: Challenging negative thought patterns and beliefs and creating a strong sense of self-empowerment.

4. Anchoring techniques: Establishing trigger that elicit a desired emotional or physical response that promotes long lasting change.

Session 3:  Integration and Empowerment

This third session focuses on consolidating gains and on how to independently continue to maintain new positive habits Through reinforcement (hypnosis recordings) and practical tools hypnosis becomes not only a steady resource for change but a skill for self-improvement in all aspects of a person’s life.

1. Evaluation of Progress:  Reviewing your hypnosis journey to acknowledge achievements and identify areas of further growth and improvement.

2. Self hypnosis training: Equipping you with techniques for self-improvement  outside of structured hypnotist led sessions. 

3. Relapse Prevention: Creating strategies to prevent and anticipate any setbacks maintaining and ensuring your success.

4. Future Planning:  Creating a plan for ongoing growth and self-development with the knowledge to recognize if and when  additional sessions are needed.
